“Win 1st Prize “Berney Saddle worth €800” or 2nd Prize “two tickets to the Wexford Festival Opera 2015” from Wexford Insurances at the Dublin Horse Show 2015” is a promotional competition run and managed by Wexford Insurances.

 

All competitions run under by Wexford Insurances are solely managed and run by Wexford Insurances.  Wexford Insurances decision in relation to selection of prize winner(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

The 1st prize will consist of a voucher to the value of €800 in favour of the competition winner which can be redeemed for the purchase of a saddle for Berney Saddlery, Templeshannon Quay, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Ireland.  Telephone 053 9233230.  The size of saddle required will be arranged between the competition winner and Berney Saddlery.  Wexford Insurances reserve the right to commission at its’ own cost photographs of the competition winner collecting the saddle from Berney Saddlery for use at its own discretion.

 

The 2nd prize will consist of 2 tickets to Wexford Festival Opera plus Complimentary Glass of Champagne upon arrival!  A night at the opera at Wexford Festival Opera’s 2015 main stage production of comedy opera ‘Le Pré aux clercs’ on Monday October 26th 2015.
Based on a novel by Prosper Mérimée, Hérold’s opera comique was a runaway success in the wake of its triumphant premiere. Set during the French Wars of Religion, Le Pré aux clercs is a touching romance in which a young countess rebels against the suitor chosen for her by the King of France and hatches a daring plot to escape with her lover to Navarre.

 

Each entrant must be over the age of 18 years old at the time of entering the competition.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of a competition the decision of Wexford Insurances will be final.

 

Competitions run by Wexford Insurances from www.wexfordinsurance.com or by any other means are not open to staff of Wexford Insurances.  Unless otherwise stated, competition entrants need not be customers of Wexford Insurances to qualify as the prize winner.

 

Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner.

 

No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize(s).

 

If, due to circumstances beyond our control, a prize becomes unavailable Wexford Insurances and/or the promoter(s) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.   Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties are not permitted and will be disqualified.  Entries that are incomplete, or entrants who refuse to abide with the competition terms and conditions, will be disqualified.  The prize must be collected within 12 months of the competition closing date which is 09/08/2015.   The winner cannot alter the prize as described.   The winner will be drawn at random soon after the closing date. Entries must be received by the 09/08/2015.   Entries to the competition are only through the Wexford Insurances exhibition stand J30/J38B, Hall 4 at the Dublin Horse Show from August 5th – August 9th 2015.  Additional expenses not covered by the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

The winner’s name may be published on our website and/or other Wexford Insurances promotional material distributed by any means deemed acceptable by Wexford Insurances.  Use of a false name, e-mail address or phone number by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.   Unless otherwise stated, all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.   Where a prize is to be provided by a third party Wexford Insurances  accept no responsibility whatsoever for the supply or non-supply or purported supply or delay in supply of the prize, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or use of the prize.   Where appropriate, prize winners are required to complete all applicable booking and/or other formalities directly with the specified third party provider(s).   Wexford Insurances reserves the right to change prize details without notice.  All competition entries must be received Wexford Insurances in the required format before the advertised closing date.   Neither Wexford Insurances nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to Wexford Insurances promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.   Wexford Insurances reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice.   Neither Wexford Insurances nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will Wexford Insurances have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any Wexford Insurances competition or any of the prizes rewarded.   Prizes not claimed within specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited and Wexford Insurances may dispose of such prizes without any liability to the winner Wexford Insurances reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.   Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically.   Participation in Wexford Insurances denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.
